B&Q stores

PVP was appointed key development partner with B&Q to redevelop a number of large, non-operational stores located throughout Great Britain (Livingston, Bristol, Londonderry and Ipswich).
For these premises, covering some 600,000 sq ft of retail space, PVP gained new planning consents, generally for smaller units and in some cases for a change of use, and carried out the redevelopment of these sites.
The work consisted of M&E upgrades, new internal wall, new entrances, external redecoration and parking lot revisions amongst other things.
These projects were completed in less than 24 months and enabled the creation of 400 jobs.
