Scott Friel

Commercial Contracts Manager

Scott has over 15 years construction experience. 

He is responsible for managing all sub-contract providers to ensure delivery to planned cost and specification of the company’s commercial projects.

He is also responsible for programme planning for residential development projects.

Tony Baxter

Mechanical and Electrical Manager

Tony has over 20 years experience in the construction industry and has led several large and complex M&E refurbishments and new installations in the office, residential and student sectors.

Terry Colhoun

Managing Director

Terry has a wealth of construction project experience over the last 25 years, ranging from the refurbishment of the Iconic Westlink House in London to redevelopment of over 500,000 sqft of retail space on behalf of Kingfisher Plc.

Stephen Scally

Maintenance Manager

Stephen has responsibility for all maintenance contracts as well as for our own properties.

He is the first point of contact for all maintenance issues.

It is his responsibility to ensure the appropriate trades attend to resolve any issues swiftly in the correct sequence.

He ensures “his” properties are maintained to a high standard.
